Affordable Units

As part of the City of Chicago’s commitment to creating inclusive housing opportunities, select units at District Haus are available through the Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO) program. Eligibility is based on household size and annual income. To learn more about availability and qualifications, please contact the management company, Westward360, with any questions about the application process.

District Hauscurrently has ARO rental units available for income-qualified households earning 50%, 60%, and 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
